We offer free returns for store credit or a full refund for items in original, new condition within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you a return label after approving eligible return requests. Items marked as non-returnable are ineligible for refunds/returns.

Please allow for 1-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Your order may take an additional 1-12 days after fulfillment to be delivered depending on your selected shipping method and relation to the greater Los Angeles area.

We got you! We cover our shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged by providing you with a refund or issuing a replacement when a replacement is available.

Our handmade crocheted pillows will change over the course of use. Stuffing will gradually flatten and the stitches may gradually stretch. Depending on which style you purchase, we may be able to offer the service of re-stuffing your pillow/plush. The cost of re-stuffing pillows will vary based on the size and style.

Pillows may arrive misshapen after shipping due to the weight in the plush settling or how it was packaged in the box. Through pressing and squeezing you will be able to re-shape it.

If your handmade crocheted pillow is experiencing defects classified outside of normal wear and tear within the first 30 days, please email us at contact@sense-this.com for assistance.

Leaving our 3D printed products in high temperatures may cause them to melt or warp. This does not constitute a defect or manufacturer's issue.

Crocheted & Weighted Pillows: Our crocheted pillows are not made for children and do not contain flame retardants. Toys for children have legal requirements that are not met in our products. Weighted pillows, when used incorrectly, can pose a suffocation risk.

Fidget Toys: Our small items are considered potential choking hazards and should not be given to children for use.
